  SKETCHERCISE COMEDY OF ST. LOUIS

SKETCHER-CISE CAST

Sketch Comedy Writing and Performing in St. Louis is for our mental fitness!
Sometimes, we all need a break and need to laugh.

While we wish we were as cool as our header photo, we take our
Sketchercise as seriously as the most intense workout.

James Scheffel, Executive Producer, Director and Sketch Writer performed sketches from 2016-2017 at Sketchpad Comedy St. Louis where he met Frank Clapp.  Scheffel also was a member of Howie Hirshfield's  Improv group Not Quite Right in 2015 where he launched the group's first comedy music video.
His comedy roots go back to hosting a comedy radio show at WBGZ 1570AM and appearing in sketch comedy videos at WIU.

MORE TO COME...

At Sketchercise, we practice mental fitness.
Our cast has a combined 10 billion years of Improvisation, Sketch Writing and Laughing until physical exhaustion.  (Yes, we said 10 billion.)

We have decided to make a difference in comedy and  hope that you follow us more actively than our
standard exercise routines...

(which isn't difficult by any means!!)
Want to get involved?
Sketchercise invites you to consider a regimen of developing characters, strange accents, word play and quick storytelling between one to five minutes.  Write it!

So, you are a performer, lead and center?  An Extra?
Or you have an eye for framing a scene?  You are a wiz at the digital camera?  Light any room?
Whatever you like to do, we welcome you!
